This six month program is designed to build a physical foundation of strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and conditioning. The classes are structured to allow students of varied fitness levels to progress safely. Adults that need more preparation are tutored privately until the instructor is confident that he/she can safely join the group lesson. Some of the many mental benefits of martial arts training include increased focus and mental clarity, better listening, respect and stress relief. These physical and mental benefits along with a basic level of self defense skills will build self confidence and empower each family member to work harder toward his/her potential.
