
Columbus Day	The Martial Arts Centers will be closed for Columbus Day on Monday October 13, 2008. We wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.
Nashua Open Training: Friday October 10	We are drilling forms this week. As always, students are welcome to work on anything they wish during open training. The organized portion of the session is completely optional. There will be an option for those who wish to try working on their endurance downstairs with one of the instructors. See an instructor if you are interested in participating in these exercises.
