Nashua Open Training: Friday August 8We will be drilling forms during this week's open training. Come by at 7:15pm and get in some extra practice. As always, students are welcome to work on anything they wish during open training. The organized portion of the session is completely optional. The next Endurance Night is Friday, August 15.

The Martial Arts Center for Personal Development in Nashua, NH was our second location. The school has been operated by Master Instructor Adams since 2005.
