How do you know what foods will work for you without wasting time and money? Most importantly, how do you make healthy food taste good?
Join our nutrition seminar with presentations by Robin Adams and Dr. Michael Greger. To get us moving, Master Instructor Tom Adams will be teaching us some Qi Gong (energy exercises) that are guaranteed to make you feel better.
