Five Animal Kung Fu:
Have yet to find one that impresses me. I believe Instructor Josh has one that is worth a look, I will find out more from him.

Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu

I have a copy of "Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu" if anyone would like to thumb through it before making a purchase. There is some good stuff in this book, but it definitely is not a beginner's text.
