Join our nutrition seminar with presentations by Robin Adams and Dr. Michael Greger. To get us moving, Master Instructor Tom Adams will be teaching us some Qi Gong (energy exercises) that are guaranteed to make you feel better.

Starting 9/5/09 the Needham school is adding a Five Element Advanced Degree class for black belts every Saturday from 1:00 - 2:15pm. The September rotation is Buddha Palm.
