5 Element Stretch

I want to start doing this stretch every morning, but I can't for the life of me remember the order or how to transition from element to element. Are there any pictures online or can anyone at least list the sequence for me?

Thanks :D

Martial Arts Reference Material

Hello All,

It has been requested from some for reference material to help guide their development in Kung Fu. Here is a couple of books I have been lead to or have found to help me with my Kung Fu.

Have yet to find one that impresses me. I believe Instructor Josh has one that is worth a look, I will find out more from him.

Combat (self defense)

I have to say that I'm loving the combat version of practicing self defense! After practicing the movements individually at the beginning of the cycle, it's nice to put them all together in a group setting. I have a bit of a hard time using all the applicable self defenses and tend to resort to any version of block-strike. The instructors have mentioned that we use what we are most comfortable with. I would love to see more of this kind of self defense! What does everyone else think?

Self Defense

Let's get the ball rolling.

We learn lots of different self defense techniques. For each individual student, some techniques fit better than others.

Which technique is your favorite, the one you would rely on in a situation when it was really necessary? What is it that makes it best for you?
